Actress attack case: Court orders to hand over examination details of visuals
Kochi: As the trial in the controversial actress abduction case is on progress, the trial court here ordered on saturday to furnish the examination details of the visuals to actor Dileep, the accused in the case. The court issued the order after Dileep filed another plea claiming the report on the examination of visuals is incomplete.
The court asked the officials to include the complete details of the visuals’ examination carried out by the central forensic science lab.
Meanwhile, the prosecution alleged that Dileep is making planned moves to delay the case by filing more petitions.
The court will continue the trial in the case on March 4, Wednesday. Singer Rimi Tomy, actor Mukesh and production controller Bobin will appear before the court for the hearing on Wednesday.
At the same time the court will hear MLA PT Thomas and producer Anto Joseph who was unable to appear before the court on the scheduled date. Hearing of actors Siddique and Bindu Panicker, which was delayed due to shortage of time, will be carried out in the coming days. Kunchacko Boban, who skipped the hearing without notice, is also asked to appear before the court on Wednesday.
