Actress Anusree won hearts of the audience with her natural way of acting in roles of a typical village girl. She also impressed her fans with her simple personality without bothering about her stardom. Whenever she is at her hometown, she used to take part in the celebrations in her village.
Like last year, Anusree has taken part in the Sobhayatra procession in connection with Janmashtami on Friday. The actress took to Facebook live and informed everyone that she is taking part in the procession as ‘Bharatamba’. She appealed everyone not to politicise the event.
“ I am taking part in Sobhayara as I am free and spending my days at home. It is just a personal choice. From childhood, I used to participate in the celebrations with my friends at my village. I would like to request you all to not misinterpret it in the name of politics. I only need your prayers, blessings and positive comments in it,” said the actress.
Anusree’s participation in last year’s Sobhayatra triggered controversy on social media over politics. A hate campaign also started against her and she was called as RSS activist and sympathiser.
Finally, Anusree gave an explanation regarding the matter. Responding to it, she stated that she is not an RSS activist and she used to take part in the activities of Balagokulam from childhood.
