The price of gold has come down for the second consecutive day in Kerala. One sovereign of gold has reached Rs 41,200 on Tuesday after a decrease of Rs 400.
There has been a decrease of Rs 800 for one sovereign of gold over the last two days. One gram of gold costs Rs 5150 currently.
The price of one sovereign of gold reached Rs 42,000 on Friday after recording an increase of Rs 1,840 in the first week of August alone.
The price of an ounce of spot gold in the international market has reached 2,021 dollars.
