Sashi JacobSashi Jacob, a native of Chennai, is the Vice-president (food & beverage) and the corporate chef for the Muthoot Sky Chef & Villa Maya. He has been in the field of culinary arts in various organisations ranging from hotels Sheraton / Mandarin Oriental Singapore, luxury liners, premier clubs, resorts, restaurants and airline catering for more than a decade and was on the panel of judges for several culinary challenges across the globe. He has had the privilege of catering to the the President and the Vice-president of India. He has been actively involved in rowing and had represented Indian team at the Asian level.
