Try cauliflower rice, for a change
Are you bored with rice and curry? Now try a variety, cauliflower rice. Instead of rice, cauliflower pieces are used in this dish.
- Cauliflower -1
- Butter- 3 tbsp
- Garlic- 1 clove
- Cumin - half a teaspoon
- Coriander- half a teaspoon
- Garam masala- half a teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - half a teaspoon
- Ginger- 1 inch
- Red chillies- 1
- Salt- as needed
- Peppercorns- a quarter teaspoon
- Lemon -1
- Coriander leaves- a quarter cup
Take cauliflower pieces and beat in a blender. Heat butter in a bowl and fry garlic, chilli and ginger. Then add cumin, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, pepper and salt and mix well. Add cauliflower to this and cook for 10 minutes. Now you can garnish it with coriander leaves after squeezing a lemon. Serve hot.
