Special bitter gourd fry for lunch
We can make quite a number of dishes with bitter gourd. Though it tastes bitter, the vegetable is liked by many for its nutritional value. This time, let's try a bitter gourd fry recipe for lunch.
Bitter gourd - 1
Rice flour - 2 tablespoons
Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Curry leaves - 4 stalks
Coconut oil - 150 grams
Rinse bitter gourd well and cut into thin round pieces. Let it dry for some time. Then add rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to it and mix well.
Heat an iron pan and pour coconut oil to it. Then put bitter gourd pieces to it. Also put curry leaves. Once the pieces get fried well, turn off the stove. Serve with lunch.
