Turn your springy noodles into crispy vada
Noodles is liked by adults and kids alike. Here is how to make vada with noodles that can be a spicy twist for your evening snack.
- Noodles (cooked): 1 cup
- Green chili (chopped): 1 tablespoon
- Onion (thinly sliced): ¼ cup
- Egg: 1
- Chili powder, Turmeric powder and Garam masala: ¼ teaspoons each
- Noodles masala: 1 packet
- Salt: As per taste
- Coconut oil: As per requirement
How to prepare
Thoroughly mix the onion and green chili. Add chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, noodles masala and salt to this mixture. Crack in the egg and mix well. Add the cooked noodles to this. Take small portions of the mix and turn them into the shape of vada. Deep fry the vadas in coconut oil.
Crispy noodles vada is ready.
