Besan powder- 1 cup
Cardamom - 3 or 4
Cashewnuts - 7,8
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Sugar- 1 cup
1.Add sugar and water in a pan. Cook the sugar syrup, till we get one thread consistency. Keep the sugar solution aside.
2. Add salt and turmeric powder to the powdered besan. (Turmeric powder to be added for colour). Make it in the form of a dosa batter
3.Take a large spoon of besan batter and pour it on perforated ladle/spoon
4.Fry the boondi till they become golden. Don't overfry.
5. Add the boondis to the sugar syrup
6. Add the boonthis into a mixer and coarse grind it.
8. Add powdered cardamom, cloves, cashewnuts and kismis and shape them as ladoos
