- Atta – 2 cups
- Oil (for dough and frying) – ½ cup
- Ajwain seeds – 1 tbsp
- Salsa – ½ cup
- Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
- Panko breadcrumbs – 1 cup
- Pizza spice mix – ¼ cup
- Boiled sweet corn nibs – ½ cup
- Cornflour paste – 2 tbsp + ½ cup water
- Salt – to taste
- Water – As needed
Take the atta, salt, ajwain, oil in a bowl and knead to form firm dough. Cover it and let it rest for around 20 minutes.
Make a medium-sized ball from the dough and roll it out. Spread a layer of salsa on top of the rolled dough and top it with some sweet corn and cheese. Roll it from one end to form a log shape and slice it into small circles. Flatten them, dip them in the cornflour paste and coat them with panko breadcrumbs.
Heat up oil in a kadai for deep-frying. Fry the pinwheels on medium heat until they turn golden. Take them out on a tissue paper and sprinkle some pizza spice mix. Serve them hot with ketchup.
