Punjab's Navaratri Special Dish - Paneer bhurji
Paneer bhurji is a popular Punjabi semi-dry dish of spiced scrambled paneer.
Preparation: In a pan, saute refined oil, butter and cumin seeds. Add chopped onion, ginger, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt. Saute them well together. Add little more water and mix them well.
Add chopped tomato, green chilies, dry ginger powder and sugar. Mix them well. Crumble the paneer over the mixture and combine well together.
Add butter, fresh coriander leaves and lime.
