Coffee Pudding is an easy to make sweet dish that will be liked by everyone.


Bru Coffee powder – 1 tsp

Milk – 250ml

Egg – 3 no

Sugar – 9 tsp


Caramel Preparation: Take a heavy bottomed pan. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and melt with by mixing with one spoon of water. Pour it into a bowl greased with butter.

Heat the milk in a bowl adding 5 tablespoons of sugar. Add coffee powder to it and mix well. Remove from flames after proper heating.

Beat three eggs with a tablespoon of sugar in a blender or mixer. Add this to the milk after it is cooled. Mix well.

Strain the mixture and pour it on to the top of the caramel till 3/4th of the bowl is filled. Cover it with an aluminium foil paper.

Put one or two small holes on the paper so allow the steam to escape. Cook it in any steamer for 30 to 45 minutes.

Take it out and shift it to the serving bowl head down, with caramel on top.
