Munch on roasted garlic potatoes all day long
Here is a tasty snack for all age groups – roasted garlic potato.
- Potatoes: 3 nos (peeled)
- Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Butter: 1 ½ tablespoons
- Coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
- Garlic: 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
- Salt: As per taste
Slice each potato into 8 pieces lengthwise. Put them in a bowl and add pepper, salt and olive oil. Mix well. Spread the potato slices on a tray and bake them in the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. Take it out and flip the potatoes. Then bake it on 180 degree Celsius for another 20 minutes. (Those who don’t have an oven, fry the potatoes in a pan until golden brown). Put a pan on medium heat and add 1 ½ tablespoons of butter. Once the butter melts, add the garlic followed by the coriander leaves. Throw in the fried/baked potatoes and mix well. Ensure that the potatoes are coated in garlic-butter and turn off the heat. Serve hot.
