Munch on butter fried potatoes
If you like potatoes and butter, you will love butter fried potatoes. It’s very easy to make and you can have it as a healthy snack at any time.
- Butter: 6 tablespoons
- Potatoes: 2 large (cubed)
- Onion: 1/2 (finely sliced)
- Garlic: 2 cloves (finely sliced)
Melt 4 ½ tablespoons of butter in a pan and sauté the potatoes on a medium high heat. Once the potatoes turn golden brown, transfer them to a bowl. Melt the remaining butter and sauté the onion and garlic. Once they are soft, add the cooked potatoes. Stir occasionally for 8-10 minutes. Serve hot.
