Make crispy potato chips right at home

Potato chips is a favourite snack among all age groups. Here is how to make crispy potato chips right at home.

Ingredients

  • Potato: 3 nos (large)
  • Cold water: 4 cups
  • Kashmiri chilli: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon
  • Oil: For deep frying

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin discs. Put them in a bowl of cold water and give them an ice bath. Strain and pat dry. Heat up oil and deep fry. Once crisp, take them out and evenly sprinkle chilli powder and salt. Store in an airtight container.
