We all know about the health benefits of drumsticks and have had it as curry and stir fry. Here is how you can enjoy fried drumsticks.
Ingredients
- Drumsticks: 3 nos (medium sized)
- Raw rice: ¼ cups
- Dried red chillies: 8-12 nos
- Asafoetida: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: As per taste
- Oil: For deep frying
Preparation
Soak the raw rice and dried red chillies for an hour. Drain and grind to a rough paste. Slice the drumsticks lengthwise and chop them into 4 inch pieces. Add salt and asafoetida to the rice paste and apply it thoroughly on the drumsticks. Let it marinate for 30 minutes. Deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot.
