Boneless chicken: 1½ cups (Cooked with salt, minced)
Potato: 1 nos (large, peeled)
Egg: 1 nos
Maida: ¾ cup
Bread crumbs: ½ cup
Pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Garam masala: ½ teaspoon
Ginger-garlic paste: ½ teaspoon
Salt: As per taste
Oil: As per requirement
Boil and mash the potato. Add the minced chicken, ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, salt, maida, bread crumbs and egg into this. Mix well into the consistency of chapatti. Divide the dough into small balls. Shape these balls into doughnuts and deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot.
