Enjoy pineapple fry for tea break
All of us know and enjoy pazham pori (banana fry), here is how to make crispy and sweet pineapple fry
Wheat flour: 1 cup
Rice flour: 2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder: ¼ tablespoons
Sugar: 3 tablespoons
Sesame seeds (black): ¼ teaspoon
Oil: For deep frying
Salt: As per taste
Water: As per requirement
How to prepare
Skin the pineapple and cut into thin slices. Mix the wheat flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, sugar, sesame seeds and salt. Add enough water to turn the mix into a batter. Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the pineapple slices dipped in the batter until golden brown.
Crispy and sweet pineapple fry is ready.
