Crispy chicken nuggets just in 10 minutes
Crispy chicken fries are easy to make with minimal ingredients. These can be served as snacks or starters.
- Chicken (boneless) - 500 grams
- Bread crumbs - one cup
- Eggs - 3
- All-purpose flour - one cup
- Ginger-garlic paste - one tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - as needed
- Coconut oil - as needed
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Take a large bowl and add all-purpose flour, salt, pepper and ginger-garlic paste. Mix it well. In another bowl, beat the eggs well. Take another bowl and keep the bread crumbs ready.
Take the chicken pieces one by one and dip them in the mixture in the first bowl. Then dip in the beaten egg and then into the bread crumbs.
Heat a pan and add coconut oil. Now fry the chicken pieces one by one until it turns light brown. Chicken nuggets are ready to serve.
