Once again, its festive time with Christmas around the corner. Christmas is all about cake, food, wine, stars, gifts and family get together. Celebrate this Christmas season with a Chocolate cake.


Maida flour – 3 cups

Soda powder – 1 teaspoon

Salt – 1 pinch

Sugar – 1 ¼ cups

Butter – 240g

Milk – 1 ½ cups

Egg – 3 nos

Melted cooking Chocolate – 100g

Dark cooking Chocolate – 100g

White cooking chocolate – 300g

Icing sugar – 250g

Cream – ½ cup

Chocolate cream – For frosting

White chocolate- For ganache


Sieve the soda powder, maida and salt in a bowl. Add sugar and butter to it and beat well. Then add egg, milk and melted cooking chocolate to it and again beat in low speed. Separate this mixture into two.

Take two cake tins and grease them with butter. Fill them with the dough and bake in 160-degree temperature for one hour.


Take a pan and heat it. Melt chocolate cream and butter in low heat. Remove from flame and add icing sugar and a little milk. Beat it until the mixture becomes soft.


In a small pan take cream and heat it. Add white chocolate to it. When chocolate starts melting remove from flame and keep in fridge until its consistency turns into a dough form.

Take the cakes out of the tins and allow it to cool. Spread frosting mixture over one cake and place the other cake above it. Again spread frosting mixture over the top cake.

Take the ganache and work mehandi design on the cake.

Your Christmas cake is ready.
