- Cardamom Powder
- Milk, Sugar – 1 spoon each
- Salt – A pinch
- Peel the outer skin of the banana and split lengthwise into two.
- Heat a pan and add ghee.
- Roast the banana in it.
- Cut the sides of the bread slices.
- Using a rolling pin, spread each slices.
- Beat egg, sugar, cardamom powder, milk and salt together.
- Grease each slice with the egg mixture.
- Keep each banana piece on the bread slice and roll.
- Heat the pan and add ghee.
- Roast each bread roll.
Mouthwatering bread-banana roll is ready.
