On this Valentine’s day, we have the special chocolate brownie recipe in store for you.
Ingredients
Butter – 115g
Milk chocolate (chopped) – 150g
Dark chocolate (chopped) – 80g
Egg – 2 no
Brown sugar – 120g
Flour – 80g
Baking powder – 1tsp
Walnut (cut into pieces) – 75g
Gold sprinkles – Accordingly
KitKat – 14 sticks
Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Melt chocolates and butter in the double boiler and then allow it to cool down.
Now in a bowl, take egg and brown sugar. To this add the chocolate mixture and blend well.
Now add flour and baking powder to it and stir well using a spatula. Now add the walnuts and mix.
Pour in the bowl of desired shape and bake for 20 to 25 minutes and take it out.
Melt white chocolate and garnish the brownie with it. (Pipping can be provided using this after pouring it in disposable pipping bag). Then put the golden sprinklers on it.
