Cutlets are a delicacy in most parts of the world. We are all familiar with cutlets made of chicken, beef and fish. Here is how you can make tasty cutlets with eggs and bread.
Bread: 5 slices
Eggs: 2 nos (boiled)
Onion: 1 large (finely chopped)
Ginger and garlic: ½ teaspoon (finely chopped)
Salt: As per taste
Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
Garam masala powder: ½ teaspoon
Oil: For deep frying
Water: As per requirement
Crush the bread slices by hand or using a blender and mix it with some water to the consistency of a dough. Crush the eggs and add it to the bread along with all the other ingredients. Mix well and roll the dough into small balls. Flatten them into cutlet shape and deep fry in hot oil.
