Baby-corn nuggets are an easy snack item that can be made quickly and tastes great at the same time. Here is how to prepare baby-corn nuggets.
- Baby-corn: 6 nos
- Maida: ½ cup
- Breadcrumbs: 1 cup
- Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
- Oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
- Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
- Corn flour: As per requirement
- Salt: As per taste
- Oil: As per requirement
How to prepare
Add water to maida and make it into a fine paste. Cook the baby-corm (with or without salt according to preference). Crush the corn and keep it aside. In a pan, heat up some oil and sauté the ginger garlic paste for a minute. Add in the cooked corn and mix well. sauté for two minutes before adding oregano, chilli powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for two more minutes. Take it off the heat and let the mix cool down to room temperature. Add corn flour and make it into a patty in the desired shape and size. Dip the patties in maida paste and breadcrumbs before deep frying. Serve hot.
