Kesari is a simple dessert that is easy to make at home. This Diwali, try this easy Chocolate Kesari recipe.
- Ghee: 2 tablespoons
- Rava: 1 cup
- Salt: 1 pinch
- Suagar: 1/4 cup
- Chocolate powder: 2 tablespoons
- Milk: 2 cups
- Dry fruits: As per requirement (Optional)
Heat up a pan and add ghee. Then add the rava and fry it until golden brown. Add the sugar and salt and mix well. Then add the milk and combine well. Then add the chocolate powder and mix well. Let it bubble away until the milk reduces and ghee is visible on the top. Dry fruits can be added if required. Turn off the heat and transfer it into a plate. Cut it into desired shape and size.
