Diabetic? This salad will keep you full for long
Those suffering from diabetes will not be able to eat many of their favourite food items. Here is a simple salad which will keep you full.
- Paneer: 1 slice (cubed)
- Carrot: 1 nos (chopped)
- Onion: 1/2 cup (finely sliced)
- Tomato: 1/2 cup (finely sliced)
- Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
- Lime juice: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves: 1 handful
Throw the vegetables into a bowl and mix them. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. That’s it.
