Raita is a common recipe in North Indian states, made with curd together with raw or cooked vegetables or fruits. This easy to make recipe will be liked by all, especially children.
In a blender, mix the curd until it becomes smooth. To this add all the ingredients except those for tempering.
Tempering: Now add oil to a heated pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves to this. Once the mustard seeds crackle, remove from flame and add to raita.
Cool it and serve.
