Including saffron in food helps to boost health. Saffron Paneer Pie, a sweet dish made of saffron and paneer is not only delicious but also healthy.


Saffron – a few strands

Paneer – ¾ cup

Milk – ½ cup

Sugar – 3 tsp

Cornflour – 1 tsp

Baking powder – 1 tsp


Blend the saffron strands, paneer, milk and sugar together to a paste form. Shift it to a bowl. Add cornflour and baking powder to it. Part it to 4 sections and fill into microwave safe bowls. Keep the bowls in the oven in ‘high’ temperature for 30 seconds.

Take out and allow it to cool. Saffron paneer pie is ready. Cut into desired shapes and serve.
