Mushroom – 200 gms, properly washed and cut to pieces
Onion – 1 no
Green chilli – 2 nos
Ginger - Garlic smashed – 1 tablespoon
Coconut pieces – 2 tablespoon
Garam Masala – ½ teaspoon
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder – ¼ teaspoon
Oil – 2 tablespoon
Mustard – ¼ teaspoon
Curry leaves – Accordingly
Small onion - 1 no, cut to small pieces
Tomato – 1 no, cut to small pieces
Salt – To taste
Rub a little turmeric powder and salt over the mushroom pieces and keep aside. Then in a pan heat oil and put mustard. To this add the curry leaves and onion and saute. Green chilli, smashed ginger and garlic is added to this.
Then add the chopped onion, tomato and the garam masala to this. Saute the mix after adding chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
When sauted properly, add the mushroom pieces.
Close the pan and cook in low heat without adding water.
Mushroom Masala is ready to serve.
