Give a North Indian touch to lunch with Kasuri Methi flavoured chicken fry
People who love to taste North Indian style recipes should definitely try chicken fry added with dry fenugreek leaves or Kasuri Methi. It is an ideal combo with rice and chapati.
Chicken - 500 grams
Dry fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi) - 1 tablespoon (crush with hands)
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Green chilli paste - 1 teaspoon
Curd - 1 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry
Cut chicken into large pieces and clean it well. Then prick them with knife. Add all ingredients except the oil and mix well with chicken pieces. Marinate it for at least an hour Then heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces in medium flame. Serve hot.
