Diwali special burfi made of milk powder is an easy to make desert at home. This super delicious sweet burfi will be liked by all.


Milk powder – 2 cups

Ghee – ½ cup

Milk – ½ cup

Sugar – ¾ cup

Pistachio (Powdered) – 6 nos


Heat ghee and milk together in a pan in low flame. Add milk powder to it immediately and mix well to make a paste.

Add the sugar and mix well. Stir continuously until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Now pour the mix to a ghee coated dish and set well. Garnish with pistachios.

Allow it to cool. Then cut it into any shape and serve.
