Egg is a versatile ingredient that can be prepared in a wide verity of ways. Here is how to make a pan fried eggs and potato that can be a great side dish for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Eggs: 5 nos (boiled)
Potato: 2 (sliced into chunks)
Green chili: As per taste (thinly sliced)
Onion: 2 nos (thinly sliced)
Garlic: 4 cloves (thinly sliced)
Fennel powder: ¼ teaspoon
Pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Chili powder: ¾ teaspoon
Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
Salt: As per taste
Oil: As per requirement
Boil the potato with salt and turmeric powder. In a pan, heat up some oil and sauté the onions, green chili, garlic, turmeric, salt. Once the onion softens, add the pepper and chili powder.
Drain the potato and it into the onions. Mix well. Then add four boiled eggs. Roughly chop the fifth egg and add it as well. Add the fennel powder and mix well. Serve hot.
