Like papaya? make delicious jam in minutes
- Ripe papaya: 3 cups (peeled, grated and strained)
- Sugar: 3 cups
- Citric acid: 1/2 teaspoon
How to prepare
Add the papaya and sugar into a large pan. Cook on a low heat until the mix thickens. Once it reaches the desired consistency, take it off the heat. Once the mix cools down add the citric acid and mix well. papaya jam is ready.
