Creamy and yummy grape curry
We all know grape juice, shakes and wine but how many of us can make a curry with grapes? Here is a sweet and sour curry recipe.
- Black grapes: 1/2 cup (deseeded and halved)
- Coconut: 1/4 cup (grated)
- Shallots: 5 nos
- Cumin seeds: As per requirement
- Mustard seeds: As per requirement
- Coconut oil: 1 tablespoon
- Dried red chilli: 2 nos
- Curry leaves: 1 leaflet
- Thick curd: 1/2 cup
Grind the coconut, shallots, cumin and half of the mustard into a fine paste. Heat up oil in a pan and crackle the remaining mustard seeds along with the dried red chilli and curry leaves. Then add the grapes and let them blister for a few minutes. Saute well and add the grated coconut mix. Once it comes to a boil, add the thick curd and take it off the heat. Let it cool down to room temperature before serving.
