Classic Kerala style ‘Meen chuttulli’: A bliss to the palate
Keralites have several finger-licking fish fry recipes out of which this authentic ‘Meen Chuttulli’ or shallot seasoned fish fry gives you a fest of spices. It is absolutely yum, delicious, spiced with tangy masala. The highlight is the baked shallots, chillies and garlic.
You could use Pomfrets (Avoli), Tuna (Choora) or Salmon (Kora) which taste extremely good. Also, as it consumes less oil, fat consumption is out of concern.
