An NRI Beef Masala

As a try to match to this, today let’s try our hands at NRI Beef Masala, exclusively dedicated to the NRIs.
Beef, washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces – 1 kg
Onion, chopped – 1 no
Ginger garlic paste – To taste
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – A pinch
Garam masala – To taste
Curd – 2 tsp
Pepper powder – To taste
Coriander leaves – Few sprigs
Curry leaves – Few sprigs
Salt – Accordingly
Coconut oil – Accordingly
Take the beef pieces in a bowl. To this add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
To this add curd and mix well. Allow it to marinate for half an hour.
Then add salt and curry leaves to it and put it in a pressure cooker to cook and wait until 5 to 7 whistles.
Now pour the mixture to a non-stick pan and keep in flame. Allow the gravy to completely dry out. In the meanwhile, add coconut oil to the beef in intervals.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
