You need to try this chocolate chips cookie recipe
With a bit of effort, you can make tasty and healthy chocolate chips cookies right at home. Here is how.
- Maida: 2 ¼ cups
- Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter (unsalted): 1/2 cup
- Granulated sugar: 3/4 cup
- Brown sugar: 3/4 cup
- Egg: 2 nos
- Chocolate chips: 2 cups
- Vanilla essence: 3/4 teaspoons
Add the maida, baking soda and salt into a bowl and mix well. Keep it aside. In another bowl, add butter, sugar and brown sugar and beat it thoroughly until it's soft and creamy. Crack in the eggs and mix well. Add vanilla essence and combine. If you are using a beater machine, reduce the speed to low and add the maida mix (but do not stop the mixer). Once it's combined well, remove it from the mixer and add the chocolate chips. Put a baking sheet on a baking tray and scoop up small balls of the mix on it. Freeze for 20-30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Take the cookies out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Lightly flatten them in the shape of cookies and bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy.
