Quail-pepper curry is especially good for children
Her is a quail dish that would help children recover from fatigue and maintain good health.
- Quail: 2 birds (cleaned and chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste: 2 teaspoons
- Black pepper powder: 3 teaspoons
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Water: 3 glasses
- Coconut oil: 2 teaspoons
- Curry leaves: 1 leaflet
- Mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
Add the quail, ginger-garlic paste, salt and black pepper powder into a pressure cooker. Mix it all together and pour in three glasses of water. Cook on low heat until six whistles. Once the pressure releases automatically take it out. Heat up some oil in a pan and crackle the mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add this to the quail curry and mix well. Serve hot.
