Everyone likes chocolate and here is how you can make it at home in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- Cocoa powder: 2 cups
- Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Maida: 1/4 teaspoon
- Butter: 3/4 cup
- Milk: 1/4 cup
- Superfine sugar: 1/4 cup
- Water: 1 cup
Preparation
Thoroughly mix cocoa powder and butter into a fine paste (use a food processor if needed). Put a pot with ¼ parts water on the stove and put a bowl on top so that the bowl stays firm on the pot and is heated by the water. Once the bowl is really hot, add the cocoa-butter paste. Once the paste is hot, mix it thoroughly once again (or throw it back into the food processor) until soft.
Heat up milk and add maida and sugar into it. Mix until it dissolves. Then add the cocoa paste. Mix thoroughly until they combine well. Once the mix starts to solidify, pour them into moulds. Freeze them until ready.
