Hot and Spicy Fried Eggs
Quick and easy recipe of fried eggs can be tried when you are done with the cliché bullseye and omelette recipes.
- Boiled egg – 6 nos
- Dried chilli – 4 nos
- Roasted gram – 2 tbsp
- Ginger - Small piece
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Pepper – 10 nos
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – Accordingly
- In a small jar, add dried chilli, roasted gram, garlic, ginger, pepper and salt. Add 2 tablespoons of water and mix it in a blender.
- Cut the eggs into two. On each cut face, apply the masala mix. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Take a pan and add oil. When hot, add the egg pieces to the pan with masala side facing down. When roasted, turn the other side and fry for one minute.
- Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
