This delicious healthy smoothie recipe is easy to make at home and one of the favourites of children.


Banana, frozen – 3 nos

Apple – 2 nos

Dates – 15 nos

Oats, cooked in half a glass of milk – 3 tsp

Milk – 2 cup


Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk to get the consistency you like.
Pour into a glass and serve.
