Egg muffins will make your kids want to eat more
Most parents struggle to make their little one eat enough, especially breakfast. Here is an egg muffin recipe which could help you tackle this problem. These egg muffins are equally good as a snack in the tiffin box as well.
- Eggs: 2 nos
- Milk: 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Grated cheese: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: As per taste
- Grated fruits or vegetables: Optional (carrot, apple etc)
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add the milk, baking powder, cheese and vegetables and fruits (if needed). Mix well. Fill muffin pans with this mixture and cook it in an oven for 10 minutes at 200 degree celcius. (Those who don’t have an oven can pan fry them with butter or oil.) Egg muffins ready.
