Make bold and filling salad using eggs
The word salad would remind you of fruits or vegetables chopped up nicely. But you can add the versatile egg to make it bold and filling. Here is how.
Egg: 2 (boiled and peeled)
Potato: 1 (boiled and peeled)
Onion: 1 nos
Tomato: 1 nos
Lemon: 1 nos
Coriander leaves: For garnishing
Black pepper powder: ¼ teaspoon
Salt: As per taste
How to prepare
Chop up the potato, eggs, onion and tomato into small chunks. Add them into a bowl and mix well. Then squeeze in the lime juice, black pepper and salt. Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
