This omelette will keep you full
Omelette is an easy breakfast or snack that you can prepare in minutes. But add ingredients like milk, cheese and capsicum, an omelette becomes substantial and filling. Here is an omelette that will keep you full.
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Onion: 1 nos (chopped)
- Red capsicum: 1 nos (chopped)
- Egg: 4 nos
- Milk: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: As per requirement
- Black pepper powder: ½ teaspoon
- Cheese: 2 tablespoons
Heat up a pan and melt half the butter. Add the onion and capsicum. Crack the eggs into a bowl and milk, salt and pepper powder. Whisk together and keep it aside. Once the vegetables are cooked, remove from the pan and keep it aside. Melt the remaining butter and add the beaten eggs. Once the egg sets, flip and continue to cook. Once the egg is ready, spread the vegetables on one side and cheese on the other side. Fold the half with the cheese on top of the vegetables. Turn off the heat once the cheese melts completely. Serve hot.
