Ingredients

1. 1/2  KG of meat (Sheep)

2. Garlic paste - 1 table spoon  

3. Lemon juice - 2 table spoons

4. Crushed ginger - 1 table spoon

5. Mustard powder - 1 table spoon

6. Coconut oil - 3 spoons

Salt and pepper- to taste


Method of preparation

1. Mix garlic paste, lemon juice, crushed ginger, and mustard powder, and rub the mixture into the meat

2. Keep it aside for 3-4 hours

3. Heat oil and add meat into it 

4. Cook the meat in microwave oven in 200 degree centigrade

5. Take back the meat from oven and shift it to another dish

7. Decorate with cauliflower or cabbage
