Chickpea salad is low on calories but high in goodness and taste
Here is chickpea salad, that is low on calories but is high in goodness and taste. It will also keep you full in between meals.
- Chickpeas (cooked): 150 grams
- Lettuce (sliced/roughly chopped): As per requirement
- Cherry tomato (sliced/roughly chopped): 5 nos
- Coriander leaves: For garnishing
- Mustard vinaigrette: 15 ml
- Chilli powder: 5 grams
Add the chickpeas to a bowl. Add the chilli powder and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and garnish with coriander leaves.
