Ingredients

Chicken mince-150 grams
Basmati rice-50gms 
Fine chopped ginger-2 Tsp
Fine chopped garlic-2 Tsp

Fine chopped onion- 1 small
Chopped coriander leaves
1/2 Tsp white pepper leaves

2 tsp Egg white

Salt as required

How to make Babu batler

1. Soak the basmati rice for an hour

2. In a bowl add the minced chicken , chopped onion,c hopped ginger, choppped garlic, chopped coriander, season it with salt and white pepper powder. Add egg white and mix well. 

3. Make equal portion of dumping with the above mixture

4. Stain the basmati rice and pat dry. Spread the rice in a flat plate 

5. Roll the dumpling over the rice to coat evenly

6. In a pressure cooker in slow heat cook untill 2 whistle

7. Serve with meso sauce
