Mid-summer Italian bread salad

Mid-summer Italian bread salad is the best way to have fresh vegetables and get a clear healthy skin .


1. Garlic- 1 clove

2. Bread (Sliced)- 450 grams

3. Tomato (Sliced)- 1 cup

4. Cucumber- 1 cup

5. Shallots- 1 cup

6. Sliced garlic- 1 cup

7. Basil leaf- 2 cups

8. Thyme leaves-1/8 cups

9. Olive oil- 1/4 cup

10. 2 table spoon - Italian Balsamic vinegar

How to make 

1. Rub garlic cloves around a salad bowl

2.Add bite-size pieces of breads into it and mix with tomato,cucumber,shallots,garlic,basil leaves and thyme leaves

3. Add enough olive oil and vinegar and serve.

2.  Ghee pudding

Only three ingredients are necessary to prepare ghee pudding.  Yogurt, condensed milk and milk are essential for this preparation. For one cup of milk, the same amount of ghee and milkmaid should be taken. 

How to make

1. Boil the milk and let it cool

2. Add ghee and condensed milk 

3. Add sugar into it ( Taste before adding sugar )

4.  Pour 3/4 th portion of the mix into pudding bowl

5. Cook it in Idli cooker for 15 minutes

6. Keep it in fridge and refrigerate 

7. Slowly transfer it into the serving dish

8. Garnish with cherry or strawberry
