Making garlic-egg fried rice is very easy
Fried rice adds a bit of extra to your everyday rice without much effort. Here is how to make garlic-egg fried rice.
- Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Egg: 1 nos
- Ginger (crushed): 1 teaspoon
- Garlic (sliced): 2 teaspoons
- Red chilli: 1 nos
- Rice (cooked): 2 cups
- Salt: As per taste
- Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves: 1 teaspoon
- Spring onion (sliced): 2 teaspoon
Heat up oil in a pan and saute the garlic until golden brown. Add ginger, red chilli and half of the spring onion. Saute for a minute. Crack in the egg and scramble. Once the egg is cooked, add the rice and mix everything together. Add salt, black pepper powder and soy sauce. Mix well and add the remaining spring onion. Saute for a minute or two. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
