Celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar recently shared a turmeric milk recipe which will help you sleep like a baby. Here is the recipe.
The calming night cap. - restless leg syndrome - insulin resistance - insomnia - weakness - thyroid If you have any of these or none of these but would like to relax in your bed with a nice warm cup of calm, follow my recipe. - take 1-2 pinch of haldi - 2 strands of kesar - 2 cashews & 1 almond crushed in pestle - 1 1/2 cup of milk - sugar as per taste - Boil the mix together till it reduces to 1 cup. - Pour into the cup from above so it froths - drink hot, warm or after it’s cooled - sleep like a baby #haldimilk #haladdoodh #turmeric #sleep #rest #calm #goodnight
- Turmeric powder: 1-2 pinches
- Saffron: 2 strands
- Cashew: 2 nos (crushed)
- Almond: 1 nos (crushed)
- Milk: 1 ½ cup of
- Sugar: As per taste
Boil the mix together until it reduces to 1 cup. Pour into the cup from above so it froths. Drink hot, warm or after it’s cooled.
