Celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar recently shared a turmeric milk recipe which will help you sleep like a baby. Here is the recipe.
Ingredients
- Turmeric powder: 1-2 pinches
- Saffron: 2 strands
- Cashew: 2 nos (crushed)
- Almond: 1 nos (crushed)
- Milk: 1 ½ cup of
- Sugar: As per taste
Preparation
Boil the mix together until it reduces to 1 cup. Pour into the cup from above so it froths. Drink hot, warm or after it’s cooled.
