Try the ultimate green smoothie
This green smoothie might be the ultimate refreshing drink. Its healthy and tasty at the same time.
- Soy milk/almond milk: 1 cup
- Spinach: 1 cup (only leaves)
- Banana: 1 nos (ripe)
- Peanut butter: 1 tablespoon
Finely chop the peanut butter and banana. Throw them into a blender and add the peanut butter. Add ice cubes, soy or almond milk and whiz them into a smooth liquid. Serve chilled.
